Why my Stop Loss or Take Profit order didn't work? Why did it get canceled?
Why my Stop Loss or Take Profit order didn't work? Why did it get canceled?

On a Take Profit or Stop Loss not being executed, the reasons may be as follows, in order from most likely to least likely:

- The trigger was not reached: your TPSL are triggered by the MARK price. Even if on the order book or in the chart (both based on the LAST TRADED price) you see a price that should trigger your order, it is not certain that the trigger was actually reached.

- You have been liquidated: a liquidation results in the immediate cancellation of all your resting orders, including TPSL.

- There was not enough liquidity on the order book: if at the time of execution the order book has poor liquidity, perhaps in the presence of high volatility, it is possible that your order was not executed. Consider, however, that TPSL are automatically re-sent if they are not executed.

- Aevo had a downtime: in this case, open a support ticket and we will follow up on your account.
